How do you figure our prices you ask?

The average weight of a single bird after processing is between 3-6 pounds.
We add up the total pounds of all the birds you would like to purchase upon pickup and multiply it by $3.00/lb

There is also a butcher fee, it is $2.30 for a whole bird and $3.30 for a pieced bird.

To figure your deposit, we simply charge $5.00 per bird that would would like to order.
